The Challenge
Getting a video from work-in-progress to approved usually means a trail of emailed links, loosely timed notes like “around the two-minute mark”, and confusion over which cut everyone is looking at. Feedback gets lost, versions get mixed up, and sign-off drags.
02 / solution
The Solution
I built Greenlit as a single workspace for sharing cuts and getting the go-ahead. You upload a work-in-progress, every version stays together, and reviewers leave frame-accurate, timecoded feedback, so every note is pinned to the exact moment it refers to.
03 / outcome
The Outcome
Greenlit is live, and I use it for my own video work. Reviewers look at the right version, notes land on the right frame, and approval becomes a clear step rather than an email thread.
Greenlit is my own product. It grew out of the review cycle my videos go through: I wanted that cycle to be calmer, with one link to share, one place for every version, and feedback precise enough to act on without a follow-up call.
